Welcome to TSI’s After Sales Support Group. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service available.

We operate several service centers. One is for the United States and all other non-European countries. The others are for European countries only.

» Online Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form
We have an on-line automatic Return Material Authorization process. Simply follow the instructions on the website and you will be provided an RMA number immediately after filling out the appropriate online forms.
» Download a PDF Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form (PDF file - 61K)
Download the RMA form, print it, and fill it out. Then fax the form to us at 651-490-2874 and we will provide you an RMA number.

TSI's calibration system meets ISO 9001:2000 and complies with ISO 10012; Measurement Management Systems - Requirements for Measurement Processes and Measuring Equipment.

TSI performs calibrations and certifies the instruments conform to the original manufacturer's specifications and have been calibrated using standards whose accuracies are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
