Through St. Paul
Exit the airport drive and follow I-494 East (also Highway 5 West) to I-35E North. Proceed on I-35E North (approx. 15 miles), passing through St. Paul to I-694. Go West on I-694 to Rice Street. Turn South (left) on Rice Street and take a right on North Owasso Boulevard (approx. two blocks). Go one block to Soo Street and turn right. Follow Soo Street to Cardigan Road (just before the railroad underpass). Turn left on Cardigan Road and go three blocks. TSI is on the left. (See map below)

Through Minneapolis
Exit the airport drive and follow I-494 West (also Highway 5 West) to I-35W North. Proceed on I-35W North (approx. 15 miles), passing through Minneapolis to I-694. Go East (right) on I-694 to Victoria Street. Turn South (right) on Victoria and follow it to County Road E (approx. 1/2 mile). Turn left on County Road E and go approximately one mile to Cardigan Road (just past the railroad underpass). Turn right on Cardigan Road and go three blocks. TSI is on the left.

From Downtown Minneapolis:
Enter I-35W North from Washington Avenue. Proceed North on I-35W to I-694 and follow directions from the Airport (above).

From Downtown St. Paul:
Enter I-35E North and proceed to I-694. Take I-694 West to Rice Street. Turn South (left) on Rice Street and go to North Owasso Boulevard (approx. two blocks). Turn right on North Owasso Boulevard, go one block to Soo Street, and turn right. Follow Soo Street to Cardigan Road (just before the railroad underpass). Turn left on Cardigan Road and go three blocks. TSI is on the left.
