SPRAY DIAGNOSTICS

Sprays are an important part of our everyday life, from pharmaceutics to food production, and from automobiles to airplanes. TSI Spray Diagnostics products help to keep all these spray processes running at peak efficiency by ensuring desired system operation or by pinpointing where the spray system is not performing as designed.

Phase Doppler systems measure droplet size and velocity and provide detailed statistics with high spatial resolution. Traversing the PDPA system gives size and velocity field of the spray.

Imaging-based Spray Analysis systems, using INSIGHT™ 3G software package, provide rapid image-based data on spray patternation, size, and symmetry. Even pulsed sprays can be analyzed using an easy-to-use external trigger and phase-lock feature of the imaging-based system.

In addition, PIV systems provide rapid, visual, velocity based data over the entire flowfield. This allows immediate feedback on the "big-picture" analysis of the spray structure. High Frame Rate PIV systems provide rapid characterization of the evolution of transient sprays, including velocities, vorticity, power spectra, and other flow properties.

PDPA AND LDV TRADE-IN PROGRAMS ARE BACK FOR 2010 —  UPDATE YOUR PIV CAMERA THROUGH OUR 2010 TRADE IN PROGRAM — TSI cameras are well-known for their performance, compact size, and long-lasting durability resulting from the protective CCD mask. After five to ten years, however, technology has advanced to the point where new cameras offer significantly greater speed, resolution, and ease-of-use. That's why we are offering this limited-time trade in program for customers with PIVCAM10-30, Kodak ES1.0, PowerView 2M, and PowerView 4M cameras. Take 15% off the price of a new camera when you trade in your old camera for the sensitivity and resolution of a new PowerView Plus 2MP or 4MP camera. The old camera does not even have to work!
